I have been actively involved in the field of real estate since 1986 as an investor and as a REALTOR®since 1988. I have been performing appraisals for a fee since 1990 and have been licensed by the state of Ohio since 1994. I assist in the operation (as the Broker) of my wife’s real estate firm. In the past, I have instructed real estate and appraisal classes at Shawnee State University on an intermittent basis but I have not done so recently. I completed my exam as a Certified General Appraiser in Sept 2004 and have been licensed since 1994. I am an Associate member of the Appraisal Institute and presently an MAI candidate projecting completion in the next 18 months. Member National Association of Realtors® Appraisal section.
