Dear Debbie: We cannot begin to thank you enough for bringing
us through the long and often difficult process of selling our
house in Portsmouth. It was about a year ago when a good friend
of ours strongly recommended you to us when they found out we
were moving to Cincinnati. She said you were one of the hardest
working Realtros in the area--and boy was she right!
From the very beginning you worked with us, first by providing
a detailed list of homes comparable to ours so we could set a
price (as we attempted to sell "by owner"). This was
done free of charge and with absolutely no pressure, which we
appreciated. Then, a month later, when we were ready to list our
home with Century 21, you provided such strong and detailed marketing
plan which included an extensive list of advertising outlets and
websites. This and your professional manner really impressed us,
and allowed us to have complete confidence in you to sell our
house.
The open house you scheduled, including the live remote radio
broadcast just reinforced that confidence. Despite this being
one of the worst years to sell a house--you kept on encouraging
us to hang in there and the house eventually did sell (and at
over 90% of our asking price).
We would also like to thank Amy Huffman who was extremely helpful
in scheduling not just one, but two separate virtual tour photo
shoots, and numberous house showings. She was also happy to answer
our questions, refill the flyer holder, and was sure to call or
email us with any feedback she received from house showings. That
